As the ‘new’ head of the "Technical Team" Neilsen's role is to ensure that the 3 key technical pillars (safety, legality and quality) are rock solid and best in class.

Neilsen fish and technical knowledge is second to none and has a recognised reputation in the market as a 'big technical hitter', which has allowed him to share his knowledge and experience with the supply base worldwide.
Neilsen has extensive manufacturing experience, having worked with most of the major UK retailers, and has been a participant in numerous seafood conferences worldwide. His relentless approach to technical excellence has been previously rewarded with two retailer awards for outstanding technical & hygiene practices which he now brings to Three Oceans Food Service focus.

This exciting combination of skills can only accelerate the technical strength on site and across our worldwide supply chain. 
Neilsen has worked with many local and overseas organisations, sharing his knowledge, which has allowed developing countries to supply seafood products into the EU markets.
Neilsen pursuit of technical excellence is never ending, and he drives this belief into each and every member of the Three Oceans team. Neilsen is passionate about the products produced on site which embraces the fundamental ethos for Three Oceans desire for a ‘quality’ point of difference in the market place.
