Three Oceans score hat-trick with retention of top BRC status

As Three Oceans enter its 21st year in business we are delighted to announce that we have again retained our BRC Grade 'A' Status following a two day audit against the new issue 6 of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, over 17th-18th January 2013.

This makes Three Oceans one of the first seafood companies to be assessed against the new issue 6 standard which came into force in January last year.

The new issue 6 is a sterner examination of our systems and process controls. Where we achieved zero non-conformances in the factory giving us and our valued customers continued assurance of our dedication to food safety and manufacturing controls to further support the three key pillars for technical excellence - Food Safety, Quality, and Legality.

This comes on top of the prestigious award for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification at a level of GRADE 1 (Equivalent to BRC Grade A) as well as re-securing our MSC accreditation. Together thats a hat-trick for quality, sustainability and manufacturing discipline.

These three trademarks of distinction demonstrate that our factory and processes assure strict quality management and traceability systems that are key to achieving our vision of continued growth and service provision to our customers each and every day.

In summary all the audits went exceptionally well, with the auditors very complimentary about our robust, focused, quality vision that is helping us maintain our position in the market as ‘Best in Class’.
